To give you a quick lesson in micro-blading 101, it’s a semi-permanent cosmetic treatment using a small blade dipped in pigment to create hair-thin strokes that blend in and enhance your natural eyebrows.

Each stroke is done by hand so the artist can create the perfect color, density, and brow shape for each individual client. It is generally a two-step process, and after the final touch up the client will walk away with full and natural-looking brows that will last anywhere between 1-3 years!

Below are some helpful before and after questions that you may have if you are considering to have this procedure done.

How long is the procedure?

This will vary with the type of work you are having done and of course of your sensitivity. Usually, it takes 1-2 hours.

How long does it last?

Micro-blading lasts 6 months to 2 years and fades completely without leaving a shadow behind. To maintain Microblading, touch ups are necessary every 6 – 9 months.

How often do I need a touch-up?

Touch ups are recommended every six months to a year, to keep the color and strokes fresh.\

Does it hurt?

Micro-blading method is the most gentle method available for implanting permanent color into the skin. It feels very similar to tweezing. If you are sensitive we use a topical anesthetic to help numb the skin prior to treatment.

Micro-blading is perfect for anyone – maybe you over plucked in high school?

Maybe you already have a nice brow but it could use more definition?

Eyebrows are so so important because they frame your face and give you a mini eye lift. If you aren’t into makeup and having to fill your brows in daily,  micro-blading will give you a break. You can wake up to perfect eyebrows every single day and never have to worry about them washing away. Semi-permanent eyebrows make life easy breezy and beautiful 🙂
